Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in large-scale power generation or comparable plant environments.
• Experience managing third-party O&M or engineering contractors to contractual performance.
• In-depth knowledge of UK HSE, regulatory compliance in energy/industrial settings.
• Strong budgeting, cost-control, and commercial administration experience.
• Technical qualification with NEBOSH or equivalent safety competence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational and technical delivery of the MSA for the Sleaford plant to ensure value for the Owner.
• Drive a proactive safety and risk management culture with compliance across daily operations.
• Manage and challenge O&M contractor performance to contractual standards for availability and reliability.
• Provide robust technical oversight of plant performance, addressing defects and maintenance strategy.
• Oversee governance and reporting, including KPIs, evidence-based recommendations, document control, billing support, site admin.
• Manage site operational support and transport execution within the operating model for safe, efficient, cost-effective delivery.
