Job summary

CIH International Housing Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead renewable retrofit project delivery across the Midlands, including Leicester and Coventry. You will own operational delivery, ensuring safety, timeliness, budget adherence and high quality while developing site teams.

You will manage multi-site operations, drive KPI performance and coordinate with clients, stakeholders and internal teams, with a focus on PAS 2030/2035 compliance and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operational management within renewables or retrofit projects.
• Strong knowledge of PAS 2030 / PAS 2035 compliance.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet demanding deadlines.
• Strong financial and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Site Managers delivering renewables retrofit works.
• Oversee multiple live projects with progress, programme adherence and KPI delivery.
• Visit sites regularly and engage with clients, stakeholders and internal teams.
• Drive ops excellence across solar PV, ASHP and ventilation works.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets and resource allocation.
• Ensure PAS 2030/2035, MCS and accreditation compliance.
• Maintain strong health and safety performance with zero tolerance.
• Report performance, risks and progress to senior leadership.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, clients and partners.
