Job summary

TipTopJob in the UK is seeking an experienced Solar PV Project Manager or Electrical Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial renewable energy projects from design through commissioning, across the UK with a hybrid working pattern from Sheffield.

The role covers end-to-end delivery, coordinating EPC, site teams and subcontractors, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in Solar PV, Electrical, Construction or Renewable Energy.
• Experience leading multiple projects and site teams.
• Strong budget, reporting and programme delivery skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in energy environments.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle delivery of Solar PV and renewable energy projects from design to commissioning.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects across commercial sites.
• Act as primary client interface with stakeholders.
• Coordinate EPC delivery including subcontractors and internal teams.
• Manage budgets, costs, and timelines.
• Support grid connection, permits, and DNO applications.
• Ensure high-quality documentation and handover packs.
• Work with design teams on technical specs and layouts.
