Job summary

Permanent People Rec2Rec is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to take over a warm renewable energy desk at Trafford Park. The role is hybrid (3 days in office) with a base salary of £28k-£35k plus uncapped commission, and up to 20% on billings.

You will focus on permanent placements, build relationships with established clients, and have the opportunity to grow your own market and potentially lead a team in the future.

Qualifications

• Recruitment experience or strong sales background.
• Interest in renewable energy or engineering recruitment.
• Comfortable on the phone and building client relationships.
• Motivated to grow a personal desk in a non-corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Take over a warm renewable energy desk with live retained roles.
• Focus on permanent placements within the renewable sector.
• Grow own market and build new client relationships.
