Job summary

EDF Energy is offering an Electrical Engineering Graduate programme in the UK. You’ll rotate across Engineering teams on wind, solar PV and private wire projects, developing from development to commissioning over 16 months.

You’ll learn from experts, gain hands-on experience, and work toward chartership with a professional body. Starting salary is £37,500 with potential for a bonus and a strong pension scheme as part of a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Security Vetting: UK residency for at least three of the past five years.
• Assessment Centre online on 11 November 2026.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering activities across wind, solar PV, battery storage and private wire projects.
• From feasibility studies and design development to technical assessments and problem solving.
• Review technical documentation and collaborate with project teams; pursue chartership with a professional body.

Education

Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Control Systems, Control and Instrumentation, or related subject
