Renewable Asset Construction Project Manager

Location:

Heartlands Hospital (Birmingham) - On site

Duration:

3-6 Months

Job Description:

1. Work directly with the M+E Manager to organize and manage contractors on the District Heating Flushing and DHW services chlorination.
2. Oversee the commissioning of the Plantrooms skids for LTHW and DHW systems.
3. Assist in works related to the AHU coil swap overs.
4. Liaise with the Trust/CEF and all subcontractors to coordinate the delivery of planned works.
5. Organize the engineering team to design an arrangement and scope for a temporary steam boiler, including overseeing its installation upon contractor order placement.
6. Manage the contractor responsible for the construction works of Energy Centre Phase 2 swap over, including removal of steam boilers, replacement of the stack (by a separate contractor), re-installation of LTHW boilers, and subsequent piping works.
7. Review energy centre drawings and programme, supporting and driving the contractor to project completion.
