Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Deputy Clinic Manager for the Renal Dialysis Unit in the UK. The role requires an NMC registered Renal trained nurse with substantial haemodialysis exposure and strong administrative and clinical skills.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, drive best practices in patient care, manage staff performance, assist in budgets and quality systems, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• NMC registered Renal trained nurse with haemodialysis experience.
• Experience in managing staff, counselling patients and supporting QA processes.
• Understanding Care Quality Commission requirements.

Responsibilities

• Champion best practice in patient management.
• Recruit, support and appraise clinic staff.
• Participate in budget planning and monitor supplies.
• Maintain Quality Management Systems to ensure compliance.
• Ensure the clinic operates efficiently with a multidisciplinary team.
