Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Clinic Manager for its Renal Dialysis Unit in the UK. You will lead a multi‑disciplinary team, drive patient‑centred care, and ensure staff are recruited, supported and appraised.

The role involves budget oversight, supplies management and maintaining quality systems. The ideal candidate is an NMC registered renal nurse with post‑registration dialysis experience and strong leadership, organisational and clinical abilities.

Qualifications

• NMC Registered Nurse with post‑registration experience in renal care.
• Significant exposure to haemodialysis and strong administrative skills.
• Experience in managing others and coordinating care.

Responsibilities

• Champion best practice in patient management and staff support.
• Participate in budget planning and supplies monitoring.
• Ensure Quality Management Systems remain compliant and effective.
