Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Rochdale is seeking a Deputy Clinic Manager (Renal Dialysis) to lead a busy unit. You will oversee staff, ensure high-quality patient care, and support budget and compliance tasks.

The role runs 37.5 hours weekly, with shifts across mornings to evenings, on-site in Rochdale. The ideal candidate is an NMC registered renal nurse with post-registration haemodialysis experience, strong administration and leadership skills, and awareness of CQC standards.

Qualifications

• NMC Registered Renal trained Nurse with post-registration experience including haemodialysis.
• Experience in managing others, counselling patients and understanding Care Quality Commission requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic staff recruitment, support and appraisal.
• Participate in budget planning and monitor supplies.
• Maintain Quality Management Systems and ensure standards compliance.
• Provide clinical guidance and supervise nursing practice.
