Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Clinic Manager for the Renal Dialysis Unit in Rochdale. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, champion best practices in patient management and oversee staffing, governance and appraisals.

The role requires NMC registration and extensive post-registration haemodialysis experience, with strong administration, organisational and leadership skills. You will work to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with standards.

Qualifikationen

• NMC Registered Nurse with solid post-registration experience including haemodialysis exposure.
• Outstanding administrative, organisational and clinical skills.
• Experience of managing others, counselling patients and understanding the Care Quality Commission.

Aufgaben

• Champion best practice in patient management and ensure clinic staff are recruited, supported and appraised appropriately.
• Participate in budget planning, monitoring supplies and maintaining Quality Management Systems.
• Ensure the clinic is compliant with standards and performing effectively.
