Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager for the Renal Dialysis Unit in Merthyr Tydfil. You will lead staff, manage budgets, monitor supplies and uphold Quality Management Systems while ensuring high-quality patient care.

The role requires an NMC registered Renal trained Nurse with post-registration experience, strong administrative and leadership skills, and a commitment to regulatory standards and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• NMC registered renal nurse with post-registration experience.
• Significant exposure to haemodialysis and strong administrative skills.
• Experience managing teams and counselling patients.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, support and appraise clinic staff.
• Participate in budget planning and monitor supplies.
• Maintain Quality Management Systems and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate services to ensure efficient clinic operation.
