What You'll Be Doing:

  • Coordinating with clients, movers, and third-party vendors to guarantee a successful relocation execution
  • Creating move documents, including quotes, customs papers, and schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.
  • Update internal systems with removal details, fees, and timelines.
  • Providing great client assistance during the migration process.
  • Coordinating packaging, shipping, storage, and delivery services.
  • Handling any delays, issues, or adjustments that occur during a transfer.
  • Monitoring shipments and sending updates to customers
  • Providing the sales staff with pricing and service information.
  • Following up with customers after the move to ensure they are satisfied.
