Role Overview:
Our client, an international removals company, is seeking an experienced Sales & Move Co-ordinator to join their team based in Kent. This role offers significant opportunities for professional growth within a progressive organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer enquiries, coordinate moves, and serve as the main link between clients, sales, operations, and third-party partners.
  • Oversee the entire move process, coordinating with crews, hauliers, and external partners.
  • Handle quotes, price negotiations, bookings, and move planning as the primary point of contact for customers.


Additional duties include:

  • Work closely with operational teams to resolve challenges proactively.
  • Provide customers with updates, address concerns, handle complaints, and guide them through claims processes.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between sales, operations, and customer service teams.
  • Schedule surveys and manage the surveyor’s diary.
  • Convert leads into bookings, upsell opportunities, and negotiate rates with shipping companies and suppliers.
  • Maintain compliance with BAR and FIDI/FAIM standards.
  • Keep accurate records and data entry in Moveware.
  • Perform additional duties, including project work and colleague coverage.


Candidates should have previous experience in removals, logistics, relocation services, or customer-focused sales environments.

Skills and experience required:

  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM or move management systems (Moveware preferred).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach.


This is a hybrid role with both office and remote work.
