Pickfords is seeking a reliable 3.5T/LGV driver and porter to join our removals team in the UK. The role covers packing, loading, transporting, and unloading possessions with a focus on exceptional customer service.

Valid UK driving licence is essential; LGV/HGV training is available if needed. Occasional weekend work and willingness to travel are required, with full training provided to develop licence qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Safely pack, load, transport and unload customers’ possessions.
• Provide a professional and friendly service to customers.
• Work as part of a team and, where required, lead and support colleagues.
• Ensure health & safety procedures are followed.
• Complete vehicle and equipment checks where applicable.
• Liaise with customers and colleagues to ensure moves run smoothly.
• Support other operational duties as required.
