Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills and building complex models.
• Experience with formulas, Pivot Tables, VBA, and macros.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving ability.
• Experience modelling complex business, workforce, or financial scenarios.
• Ability to work with large datasets and extract insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and ability to present to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• A STEM degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, or related field.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver workforce, pay, and reward analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Build and maintain complex Excel-based models to forecast workforce and financial outcomes.
• Develop cost modelling for pay proposals, policy changes, and workforce initiatives.
• Create scenario analysis and long-term forecasts incorporating variables like growth, attrition, and inflation.
• Analyse large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Translate business questions into analytical specifications and modelling frameworks.
• Produce clear reports and recommendations for non-technical audiences.
• Present findings and insights to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with policy teams and external stakeholders to support evidence-based decisions.
• Contribute to the development of analytical methodologies and best practices.
