Accenture is seeking a senior Workday Talent & Performance Lead to guide multinational clients through end-to-end Workday HCM and performance projects. You will shape strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery excellence across deployments.

The role offers engaging, large-scale Workday programs, a global network of peers, and extensive education opportunities. Travel and coordination across international sites are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple End to End Workday HCM and Talent & Performance implementations.
• Experience with Workday HCM / Talent & Performance or related on-premise or cloud platforms.
• Willing to travel as needed and manage client interactions.
• Thrives in diverse, dynamic environments; meets deadlines; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication, both verbal and written.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday HCM and Talent & Performance workstreams from initiation to deployment.
• Collaborate with clients on industry standards and best practices for HCM and Performance.
• Host workshops and lead discussions in line with expertise.
• Liaise with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed expectations.
• Drive innovation through new methods and assets.

As a Workday Talent & Performance Lead:

You’ll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you will provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:

• Collaborate with clients on industry standards and leading practices in Talent & Performance domains, contributing to functional solutions that meet client needs and objective and applying Workday and Accenture methodologies.
• Hosting workshops and leading discussions on topics in line with your area(s) of expertise, covering both HCM and Compensation functionalities.
• Independently leading your workstream and reporting on progress
• Ability to lead diverse and disparate teams and lead them through the implementation. Liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed client expectations
• Actively supporting innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets

Job Qualifications

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

• Experience leading multiple End to End Workday HCM and Talent & Performance implementation projects from initiation to completion, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Prior experience implementing Workday HCM / Talent & Performance or relevant on-premise or cloud-based platforms
• Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions
• Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• Strong HR background with experience working in the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role owning and driving the Workday Talent & Performance workstreams
• Experience with Workdays Data Migration tools and Security framework
• Up to date Workday, HCM / Talent & Performance certifications
