Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking a Workday Recruiting Lead to guide clients through transformative HR projects using the Workday platform. You will manage workstreams, deliver advisory services, and lead workshops across HCM and Recruiting domains.

You will collaborate with global teams to ensure solutions meet client needs, align with industry best practices, and drive learning innovations within Workday.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday functional modules (HCM, Recruiting) and delivering advisory services.
• Strong consulting and client-facing skills with ability to translate business needs into Workday solutions.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and align requirements across HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Recruiting initiatives and advise on HCM/Recruiting best practices.
• Facilitate workshops and workstreams; communicate progress to clients and internal teams.
• Liaise with clients, Accenture teams, and Workday to design robust, cloud-based HR solutions.
• Support innovation by developing new methods and assets, especially around learning within Workday.

As a Workday Recruiting Lead:

You’ll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you’ll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:

• Advising clients on industry standards and leading practices in both HCM and Recruiting domains, contributing to functional solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
• Applying Workday and Accenture methodologies in everything you do
• Hosting workshops and leading discussions on topics in line with your area(s) of expertise, covering both HCM and Recruiting functionalities.
• Independently leading your workstream and reporting on progress
• Liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to achieve a robust solution.
• Actively supporting innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets, particularly focused on enhancing the learning experience within Workday

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

• Proven experience and certifications the Workday functional modules:
• Workday HCM Core Services;
• Workday Recruiting
• Excellent consulting skills to ensure focus on Workday design whilst understanding the overall HRIS landscape and end-to-end processes
• Excellent stakeholder management. You ensure all stakeholders are aligned and client requirements are met.
• Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions
• Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Fluency in English

• Strong HR background with experience working in the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role owning and driving the Workday Recruiting agendas
• Up to date Workday HCM / Recruiting certifications
• Additional certifications in Workday
• Knowledge of other Recruiting solutions
• Hands-on Workday experience
