Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Workday AMS Adaptive Planning Consultant to join our delivery team. You will implement Adaptive Planning with clients, guide design sessions, and mentor junior colleagues while ensuring builds meet budgeting, revenue, and KPI needs.

You’ll bring strong experience in financial planning, advanced Excel, and at least one EPM deployment. Travel to customer sites within the region is expected, and you’ll collaborate across teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and building complex financial planning models with Excel.
• Experience implementing at least one EPM system (Adaptive Planning, Host Analytics, Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion).
• Strong communication with clients, including senior audiences, and collaboration with teams.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites within the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise on Adaptive Planning and maintain proficiency in the solution suite.
• Contribute to all phases of Adaptive Planning implementation projects.
• Guide clients through design sessions and configuration decisions.
• Develop and configure forecasting and planning models to meet client needs.
• Deliver training and document models for clients.
• Ensure engagements are delivered on time and within budget.
