Job summary

Squarepoint is seeking a Junior Desktop Support Analyst to assist a global user community. You will support Windows 11, Office 365, and Azure, manage Active Directory and remote access, and handle hardware issues in a fast-paced environment.

You will interact with users onsite and remotely, contribute to knowledge bases, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure service continuity.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows 11, Office 365 and Azure ecosystem.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and remote access solutions.
• Hardware troubleshooting and end-user hardware support.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x5 on-site and remote support for ~2000+ users.
• Triages and resolves incidents within SLAs with runbooks.
• Collaborate with Level 2/3 teams and vendors to fix complex issues.
• Maintain knowledge base and runbooks; assist in hardware procurement.
• Support incident management and on-call rotations.
