Job summary

Siemens Gamesa is seeking an Operational Support Manager within our Construction Solution Center to bolster 24/7 offshore wind turbine project support. You will act as a technical and operational bridge across preassembly, installation and commissioning activities.

With 2–5 years in wind turbine construction or commissioning, you will troubleshoot, transfer knowledge, and drive process improvements while coordinating with on-site teams and the CNS organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years' experience in wind turbine construction, commissioning or related technical support role.
• Willingness to participate in 24/7 duty rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 operational support for wind turbine generators and act as a central technical expert for construction-related topics.
• Support site mobilization across preassembly, installation, and commissioning phases.
• Provide technical guidance on turbine interfaces and systems to ensure safe and quality construction operations.
• Support technical deviation investigations and contribute to root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Provide ongoing operational support to ensure alignment with defined standards across sites.
• Contribute to development, introduction and awareness of new processes and standards to ensure consistent application.
• Conduct turbine knowledge-sharing sessions for site teams and stakeholders (TFA, TES, CT-C, etc.).
• Facilitate communication between site operations and CNS to ensure transparency.
• Participate in Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) to build operational knowledge and transfer.
