Job summary

Technogym seeks a dynamic Teletrainer to join our Home Consumer team, based at the UK HQ in Bracknell. You will support the Inside Sales team with coaching, product guidance, and premium customer interactions across remote and on-site contexts.

You will assist with pre-sale demonstrations, post-sale education, and programming advice to help customers maximise the use of Technogym products and digital solutions. A strong fitness passion and customer-focus are essential.

Qualifications

3+ years' experience as Personal Trainer in a structured organization.
BA/BS degree in Sports Science, Biomechanics, Exercise Physiology or Personal Training.
Accredited with a Professional Body such as the Register of Exercise Professionals.
Experience communicating with customers remotely (phone/chat/email) and guiding home fitness.
Knowledge of Technogym products and solutions.

Responsibilities

Pre-sale goals and needs analysis, including face-to-face and remote demonstrations.
Post-sale education on product and digital solutions availability/benefits.
Post-sale programming advice to suit goals and recommend Technogym App content.
Upselling and identifying additional content and products with the sales teams.
Post-sale customer satisfaction follow-ups to improve the journey.
Contribute to CRM accuracy and follow Technogym Sales Methodology.
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and market feedback.
Provide remote coaching and wellness guidance to customers.
