Responsibilities

• Checking an assigned contact page against approved information.
• Testing an email link or form route without submitting unnecessary personal details.
• Noting a mismatch in a phone number, address or contact instruction.
• Preparing a permitted correction in the online content system.
• Previewing the change and checking that unrelated text remains intact.
• Recording which page was reviewed and the result.
• Passing a technical form failure to the person who maintains that system.
