You will compare live pages with briefs, record discrepancies, correct approved fields when allowed, test links, and keep unresolved issues visible to the content owner. Part- or full-time hours available at £32.00–£34.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous website, customer service or office administrative experience can help but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify the offer page and the specific fields to review against the approved brief.
• Record any mismatch between live page and brief or approved instructions.
• Note discrepancies and obtain confirmation from the responsible marketing colleague before editing.
• If editing permission is granted, apply permitted updates and preview the change.
• Test the next-step link or button to ensure it directs to the correct page.
• Record the page, button, and destination observed for audit purposes.
• Keep unresolved discrepancies visible to the content owner and document the rationale for follow-up.
• Direct a customer’s eligibility or pricing questions to the appropriate team.
