Hrstalentsolutions is seeking a Website Contact Page Review Assistant. This remote role involves reviewing contact pages for accuracy against approved sources, performing simple updates when authorized, and documenting discrepancies.
You will work online with flexible hours, as full-time or part-time, and no coding is required. Prior office administration or customer service experience is helpful, and beginners are welcome to learn the publishing process.
Office Administration · Website Content · Remote · Full-time or part-time
Hourly range £26.00–£28.00
People use a website’s contact page when they need a way forward.
If an address, form link or opening detail is out of date, the customer may never reach the right team. The Website Contact Page Review Assistant checks assigned pages against information the organisation has approved for publication. The position is remote and online, combining simple website review with careful office administration. You would identify discrepancies and make limited updates where authorised, not redesign the site or decide what information the business should publish.
The starting point for each review is an approved source. That might be a current contact list, an instruction from the responsible team or a documented change request. You would open the published page, compare the relevant details and note what differs. A page could contain several contact routes: an email link, an online form and a department phone number. Your job is to check the route specified in the assignment and avoid changing a different team’s details just because they look unusual.
For a straightforward correction, the work product may be an updated page with a note of what changed and a check that the live version shows the approved detail. In another case, you may prepare a clear issue report for the person who can make the edit. If the source material itself conflicts, you should ask which information is current before making the page look more certain than the team actually is. A broken link should be described with the page it appears on and the destination it was meant to reach.
A useful report identifies:
The report should let the next colleague act without having to retrace the entire review.
This role does not require coding. The employer will teach its content system and how to preview or submit an authorised change. You should understand that an edit saved in a content screen may not yet appear to visitors. After an approved update, you would check the displayed page or note that publication still needs a colleague’s action. Small visual details matter too: a link should have useful text, and a corrected number should not be left in a paragraph beside an old number.
The tasks could include:
Customer service experience can be helpful because you can imagine what a visitor needs from the page. It is not required, and you will not be running a customer help desk. Previous website administration or office administrative work is also useful but optional. Beginners are welcome if they can compare a webpage with a supplied source, write a specific note and learn a simple publishing process. No specialist SEO, design or developer skill is needed for this introductory role.
You may work through a list of pages or handle approved updates as they arrive. Some require a change; others can be confirmed as accurate. You should record both outcomes, so the team does not repeat the same check without knowing it was completed. The job suits someone who is willing to check the result rather than assume a saved edit has worked. A suitable home office setup supports careful review of online pages and written instructions.
The opening offers remote hours on a full-time or part-time basis. The rate is £26.00–£28.00 an hour. The company’s exact website tools and approval steps will be covered in training.
