Cencora is hiring a Project Manager for Warehouse Automation & Engineering to drive end-to-end design and implementation of automated warehousing solutions across sites. You will work under senior management to develop charters, manage budgets, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

The role requires strong project management, engineering and communication skills, plus willingness to travel up to 75% and lead multiple projects concurrently within a global supply chain team.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation engineering, computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise systems, warehouse or supply chain applications, automation, controls, SCADA, and technical leadership, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a management capacity.

• Lead warehouse automation and engineering projects from charter to execution across multiple sites and teams.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional coordination as directed by project leadership.
• Collaborate with external consultants, suppliers and vendors to implement processes and systems.
