Job summary

Cencora is hiring a Project Engineer for Warehouse Automation & Engineering to support design, build and improvement of distribution facilities. You will assist in developing project charters, budgets, and supplier specs while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.

The role requires 2+ years in warehouse/automation fields, a Bachelor’s in engineering, strong analytical and communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 75% to support field assignments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in enterprise systems, warehouse or supply chain applications, automation, controls, SCADA.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Supports project managers and directors in developing and implementing material handling systems and warehouse processes.
• Assists in project charters and capital expenditure requests.
• Develops engineering documentation and site coordination, conducting data analysis and simulations.
