Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; 10+ years in warehouse ops, distribution, logistics, or related leadership.
• Master’s degree preferred with extensive project leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse design, material handling systems, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple large capital projects from charter to execution across facilities.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and contracting with suppliers and external partners.
• Coordinate internal teams and travel up to 75% as needed.
• Prepare progress reports and manage capital expenditure projects.
