Job summary

Manpower are seeking an interim Vendor Management Officer for the Separation Programme to join UL's global FMCG environment. Based in Kingston upon Thames with remote working, the role runs for 12 months at 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional attendance in the Kingston office.

You will coordinate vendor governance, track performance against SLAs and KPIs, support TSA exit planning and transition to the future operating model, and act as the central point for vendor-related

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Risk Management, Technology or a related discipline.
• 3+ years in vendor management or third-party governance.
• Experience with contracts, SoWs, SLAs and KPIs.
• Experience supporting transition or separation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and day-to-day operation of the vendor governance framework for the Separation Programme.
• Coordinate vendor governance forums, operational meetings, service reviews and performance discussions.
• Monitor vendor performance against contracts, SoWs, SLAs and KPIs.
• Track vendor issues, risks, dependencies, actions and escalations through to closure.
• Identify performance gaps and support remediation or service improvement plans.
• Prepare concise updates on vendor performance, risks and decisions for programme and senior governance forums.
