Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) is seeking an interim Vendor Management Officer for the Separation Programme in Kingston upon Thames. The role is full-time for 12 months, hybrid with 3 days in the office weekly, and offers a competitive pro-rata salary up to £55,500 per year depending on experience.

The position requires governance of third-party vendors, with responsibilities spanning coordination, risk tracking, documentation and performance reporting across several functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related discipline.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and day-to-day operation of the vendor governance framework for the Separation Programme.
• Coordinate vendor governance forums, operational meetings, service reviews and performance discussions.
• Monitor vendor performance against contracts, Statements of Work, SLAs and KPIs.
• Track vendor issues, risks, dependencies, actions and escalations through to closure.
• Identify performance gaps and support remediation or service-improvement plans.
• Prepare concise updates on vendor performance, risks and decisions for governance forums.
