Job summary

Inizio Engage is recruiting a Remote Primary Care Representative to engage with GPs and other prescribing stakeholders across the UK from a remote setting. You will manage a portfolio of priority primary care accounts, delivering targeted, compliant conversations through phone, virtual and digital channels and using insights to identify opportunities for prescribing and access.

This is a remote UK role supporting an established pharmaceutical brand, with a team of 10 specialists and a start date

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical sales or field-based roles is preferred.
• Strong communication with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Ability to use data and insights to prioritise opportunities and tailor conversations.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of priority primary care accounts and build trusted relationships.
• Deliver compliant, impactful conversations across telephone, virtual and digital channels.
• Identify opportunities using account insight, prescribing trends and local intelligence.
• Drive growth by converting access into appropriate first and repeat prescribing.
• Adapt messaging and channels to maximise customer engagement and outcomes.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and accelerate success.
