Job summary

Reachdesk is seeking a Sourcing Manager to manage supplier relationships, negotiate rates, and oversee promotional product procurement for global clients. You will shape sourcing strategy, build a vendor network, and own pricing and fulfilment decisions in a fast-moving environment.

You will collaborate with Swag, Production, and Sales, and drive cost efficiencies while maintaining quality and on-brand outcomes. Experience in promotional merchandise and CRM systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing promotional merchandise or branded products from suppliers and decorators.
• Proven ability to negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with vendors.
• Strong understanding of design principles and how to communicate them clearly.
• Experience using promo product software and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for promotional products and branded merchandise.
• Build and manage a vendor network; negotiate pricing and terms to achieve cost savings.
• Oversee procurement, orders, and production schedules; coordinate with logistics for global fulfilment.
