Job summary

Reachdesk is hiring a Sourcing Manager for promotional merchandise, focused on supplier relationships, pricing, and end-to-end sourcing for global clients. You will shape sourcing strategy, manage a vendor network, and balance speed, cost, and quality in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with Swag, Production, and Sales to build catalogs and ensure high-quality, on-brand products. Hybrid or remote options offer flexibility, with a strong emphasis on measurable impact and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing promotional merchandise or branded products with suppliers and decorators.
• Proven ability to negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with vendors.
• Strong understanding of design principles and ability to communicate them clearly.
• Experience using promotional product software such as CommonSKU, Hoops, MPower Promo, Netsuite, or similar.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for promotional products and branded merchandise.
• Build out and expand the vendor network as the business scales.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to achieve cost savings and favorable agreements.
• Set pricing that balances market competitiveness with strong margins.
• Ensure items are priced, stocked, and meet quality standards.
• Maintain long-term relationships with key suppliers and oversee quality control.
• Create catalogs and lookbooks to enable sales across client use cases.
• Place orders with partner vendors and track production schedules.
• Oversee large or complex orders with multiple vendors or customization.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics to streamline global fulfilment.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in procurement and order management.
