Job summary

Biorelate is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a fully remote UK-based role. You will research drug pipelines, craft high-impact outreach and book meetings with target enterprise accounts in Pharma and BioTech.

You will collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align messaging and drive MQLs into SQLs, while supporting global events and conferences. You will work with AI-enabled workflows and CRM tools to optimize sequencing across channels, helping Biorelate

Responsibilities

• Proactively research drug pipelines and use AI tools to deliver high-touch outreach to new contacts at target accounts.
• Drive MQLs into SQLs by booking meetings with decision-makers.
• Manage outbound sequencing and execute the agreed outreach strategy.
• Collaborate to enhance outbound process for enterprise and mid-market customers.
• Identify ways to improve MQL-to-SQL conversion and sustain SQL generation.
• Run multi-threading outreach across the existing customer base to accelerate growth.
• Execute outbound sequences via Outreach and HubSpot with the team to meet pipeline targets.
• Follow best practice with HubSpot and sequencing tools and review dashboards for performance.
• Represent Biorelate at conferences and events, traveling as needed and supporting UK/global meet-ups.
• Work with Sales and Marketing to develop effective communications materials.
