Job summary

Kiwa UK is seeking a Revenue Analyst to enhance revenue reporting and forecasting through automation, standardisation and self-service reporting. You will own the RCR framework and partner with business units to ensure accurate reporting and compliant revenue recognition.

You will develop dashboards, monitor KPIs, and support forecasting for 6–15 months while working with cross-functional teams to drive data quality and process improvements. This is a UK remote role with occasional travel.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and/or working towards a professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Power BI, Power Query and Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Technical understanding of revenue and cost recognition within service-based businesses.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Sage advantageous).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze, visualize, and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Willingness to travel infrequently if needed.

Responsibilities

  • Own, develop and improve the Revenue Cost Register (RCR) reporting framework for revenue reporting.
  • Collaborate with revenue data contributors to drive consistent processes and reporting standards.
  • Identify and resolve revenue data quality issues with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain internal controls, SOPs and revenue processes.
  • Create dashboards and reports for revenue, deferred and accrued income.
  • Produce weekly and monthly revenue reports and track KPIs and trends.
  • Support forecasting accuracy reviews and 6–15 month forecast models.
