Job summary

Kiwa UK is seeking a Revenue Analyst to transform revenue reporting and forecasting through automation, standardisation and self-service reporting. This UK remote role offers occasional travel.

You will own the Revenue Cost Register (RCR), partner with business units on data quality and controls, and deliver trusted insights for commercial decision-making. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field and/or working towards a professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Power BI, Power Query and Microsoft Power Automate.
  • A good technical understanding of revenue and cost recognition within service-based businesses.
  • Experience and working knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Flow and Sage an advantage).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to analyse, visualise, and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and developing expertise in data systems, modelling platforms and coding.
  • Willingness to travel infrequently if and when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Own, develop and continuously improve the Revenue Cost Register (RCR) reporting framework, ensuring the integrity, accuracy and scalability of revenue reporting.
  • Partner with revenue data contributors across the Business Units to drive consistent processes, reporting standards and controls.
  • Identify and resolve revenue data quality issues with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure internal controls, SOPs and revenue processes are maintained and followed.
  • Create data visualisations, dashboards and reports for revenue, deferred and accrued income.
  • Produce weekly and monthly revenue reports with KPIs and trends for forecasts.
  • Perform monthly forecasting accuracy reviews.
  • Support models for 6-15 month horizon including risk and opportunity reporting.
  • Collaborate with IFRS 15 revenue recognition and audit sampling.
  • Build strong relationships to drive commercial decision-making and data-driven insights.
  • Promote continuous improvement, standardisation and positive change in revenue functions.
