Job summary

Lookers is recruiting a 1st line IT Service Desk Agent to join our Head Office Manchester team with remote UK work and occasional travel. This 6 month FTC role offers a salary of £26,000 - £27,000 per annum and 37.5 hour weeks, with shift patterns Monday to Friday and some weekend coverage.

You will help deliver a seamless customer experience, log and resolve incidents promptly, and support our busy technology environment.

Qualifications

• Desirable: Understanding of MS 365, Entra and Active Directory

Responsibilities

• Provide a seamless customer experience and ensuring incidents meet SLA.
• Handle incidents in line with KPI expectations.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver supportive IT service.
• Demonstrate experience in a busy environment with strong customer service.
