Job summary

Lookers is recruiting a 1st line IT Service Desk Agent to join our Head Office Manchester team with remote UK work and occasional travel. This 6 month FTC role offers a salary of £26,000 - £27,000 per annum and 37.5 hour weeks, with shift patterns Monday to Friday and some weekend coverage.

You will help deliver a seamless customer experience, log and resolve incidents promptly, and support our busy technology environment.

Qualifications

• Desirable: Understanding of MS 365, Entra and Active Directory

Salary: £26,000 - £27,000 pa

Hours: (37.5) Shift patterns - Monday to Friday 07:30 - 18:00, Saturday 08:00 - 16:00

We are looking for a 1st line IT Service Desk Agent to join our busy and innovative team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone searching for their first IT role, or an experienced 1st Line Agent looking for a new challenge with an industry leader.

As a first line IT Service Desk Agent, you will play a critical role in helping us provide a seamless customer experience and ensuring that we continually surpass their expectations. You'll be responsible for ensuring all incidents are handled in accordance with the SLA and KPIs.
