Lookers Head Office Manchester – Remote UK with occasional travel is looking for a 1st line IT Service Desk Agent. This 6 month FTC role offers a salary of £26,000 - £27,000 per year, with 37.5 hours and shift patterns Monday to Friday 07:30 - 18:00, Saturday 08:00 - 16:00.

You will provide first-line IT support, log incidents, and ensure SLA/KPI adherence while delivering a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate could be new to IT or an experienced 1st Line Agent seeking a challenge

Qualifications

• First-line IT support experience or strong desire to start in IT
• Ability to handle incidents and requests with a focus on customer service
• Experience working in a busy, fast-paced environment

We are looking for a 1st line IT Service Desk Agent to join our busy and innovative team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone searching for their first IT role, or an experienced 1st Line Agent looking for a new challenge with an industry leader.

As a first line IT Service Desk Agent, you will play a critical role in helping us provide a seamless customer experience and ensuring that we continually surpass their expectations. You'll be responsible for ensuring all incidents are handled in accordance with the SLA and KPIs.

Responsibilities
