Gallagher UK is seeking an HR Advisor, People & Culture on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support a newly acquired business. You will provide high-quality HR advice, guide leaders through change, and ensure compliant employee relations with a focus on TUPE and employment law.

Working remotely within the UK, you will empower managers, analyze people data, and collaborate with HR partners to deliver effective HR services during a period of transformation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience providing advisory HR support with employee relations focus.
• Experience supporting M&A activity including TUPE transfers.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law and stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilités

• Provide pragmatic, risk-based HR advice to managers.
• Manage employee relations cases (discipline, grievances, absence, performance).
• Analyse people data to identify trends and inform HR practices.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other HR functions to deliver services.
• Support organisational change initiatives during growth and integration.
