Job summary

Raylo in the UK is hiring for a Supply Chain Operations role to own third‑party logistics and performance reporting end to end. You’ll drive on‑time delivery, partner performance, and escalation processes while shaping automation to scale the network.

With 1+ years in supply chain and strong Excel and analytics skills, you’ll collaborate with Operations, Risk and Finance and communicate clearly with external partners.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a supply chain, operations role or similar.
• A degree level education.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and strong commercial acumen.
• Exceptional time management and proactive prioritisation.
• Bonus: experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own third party logistics and courier performance reporting end to end - accuracy, cadence and distribution to stakeholders.
• Manage day-to-day performance of fulfilment partners and couriers including reverse logistics.
• Lead or support business review meetings with partners and take ownership of key sections.
• Use AI tools to build automation that removes manual effort from performance tracking and reporting.
• Identify and act on delivery risks before they impact customer experience.
• Hold partners accountable to SLA targets with a clear escalation process.
• Support cross-functional projects such as onboarding new partners or scaling the network.
