Welsh Ambulance Services University NHS Trust is seeking Band 6 registered nurses or paramedics for an integrated care out-of-hours and remote care role across Wales. The post involves telephone triage, clinical assessment, and autonomous decision-making within established guidelines.

The role requires rotation including nights and weekends, with remote care elements and a strong emphasis on CPD and professional development.

• Evidence of regular update training and continuous professional development as required by the regulator.

Mansioni

• Undertake telephone triage assessments of patients efficiently.
• Advise the most appropriate intervention using best clinical practice.
• Work autonomously, assessing and advising callers within agreed guidelines.

• Assess a broad range of patients, from minor ailments to complex conditions.
