Job summary

Golden Lane Housing Limited is seeking a Project Manager to join our remote-working team on a fixed-term basis (35 hours per week). You will lead transformation projects, coordinate with operational leaders and external partners, and ensure projects align with tenant outcomes and corporate objectives.

You will help drive efficiency, deliver enhanced experiences for residents, and contribute to the organisation's technology and digital roadmaps, working with senior leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience delivering projects and managing multiple priorities.
• Experience of benefits realisation and value for money assessment.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation projects across the organisation.
• Work closely with operational leaders and colleagues to inform and shape delivery.
• Ensure delivery of technology and digital roadmaps aligned with corporate objectives.
• Engage with senior leaders, suppliers and external partners to achieve timely results.
