Job summary

Tes is seeking a Timetable Support Specialist to join our Customer Success team in Sheffield. This hybrid role involves three days in the office and two days from home, focusing on implementation, configuration, troubleshooting and ongoing optimisation of our timetabling software for schools.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience of whole-school timetabling and/or school data management.
• Experience in an education technology provider, school or related education environment.
• Strong ICT literacy and ability to work with spreadsheet/database tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support across onboarding to ongoing customer success and retention.
• Resolve complex timetabling queries and issues for schools.
• Support customers during implementation, onboarding and use of the platform.
• Provide guidance on best practices, configuration options and system capabilities.
• Conduct investigations into complex issues and identify root causes with practical workarounds.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product and Technical teams to resolve challenges.
• Create and contribute to knowledge articles and guidance materials.
• Support customers to realise maximum value from the software and identify adoption opportunities.
