Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent qualifications.
• Basic proficiency in Excel, confident with data handling.
• Relevant office or administrative experience, ideally in operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain bagging data.
• Record and monitor shrinkage across terminals.
• Manage the end-to-end tank order process.
• Maintain and update tank database within SAP.
• Process orders for equipment and spare parts.
• Coordinate contractor services for liquid fertiliser.
• Raise and process purchase orders and invoices.
• Respond promptly to queries from Terminal Operators.
