Job summary

Clear Futures Recruitment Ltd partners with a growing telecommunications technology business to recruit a Technical Product Owner. You will bridge customer requirements and engineering delivery, translate needs into clear specifications, and manage the backlog while coordinating sprints.

You will collaborate with product leadership, engineering, solutions and sales, owning prioritisation and providing clarity to developers.

Qualifications

• Translate customer and business requirements into clear engineering specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Own and maintain the product backlog and coordinate sprint processes.
• Collaborate with sales, customer-facing teams and engineering to clarify feasibility and requirements.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and prioritization techniques (WSJF, MoSCoW, RICE).
• Telecoms domain knowledge is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate customer requirements into engineering-ready specs and acceptance criteria.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement and reviews with engineering teams.
• Prioritise work considering dependencies, effort and trade-offs.
• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales to document customer needs.
