Job summary

e.surv Chartered Surveyors, part of the LSL Property Services Group, is seeking an experienced Technical Manager for its New Build team. The role involves supporting major lender clients with first-on-site reports, valuations, and insights into lender concentration risk.

You will help review processes, improve risk management, and liaise with lenders, panel suppliers, surveyors, and area managers. The successful candidate will act as a main contact for new build queries and will travel to

Qualifications

• Associa/ MRICS/ FRICS qualification required.
• Demonstrable experience in promoting a culture of compliance.
• Knowledge of RICS Red Book requirements.
• Experience working with remote and office-based surveyors.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to Area Managers and Strategic Relationship Managers in resolving escalated cases requiring specialist knowledge.
• Review and refine internal workflows to improve efficiency.
• Provide MI and insights for senior management, identify trends and improvements.
• Mentor teams and guide them through complex tasks with accountability.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Interpret MI data, identify trends and implement improvements.
• Troubleshoot issues and lead problem resolution.
• Identify areas for improvement in team performance and procedures.
• Support risk management and exposure monitoring processes.
