Job summary

BDR Thermea Group is seeking a Technical Solutions Manager for the South West region, fully remote within the UK. You will develop sales for Commercial Boilers, Andrews Water Heaters, and ASHP opportunities through contractor and merchant relationships, driving revenue, margins and customer value.

You will recover share, build a project pipeline, and deliver KPI targets while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Have extensive experience within a technical and engineering discipline or be educated to HND/degree level.
• Proven track record of delivering sales and lead generation across multiple channels and multiple market segments.
• Experience of senior level negotiation and dealing with conflict.
• Ability to use mathematical concepts to create solutions for presentation and implementation to a non-technical audience.

Responsibilities

• Strive to recover share and volume for commercial products while mindful of margin contributions.
• Collaborate with Head of Technical Solutions for ASHP and Hybrid options.
• Deliver the budget and build the project pipeline.
• Meet and exceed all KPI targets outlined by management.
• Manage day-to-day activities, reports and communications with stakeholders.
• Develop new customer relationships and maintain key contractor/merchant accounts.
• Provide CAD/BIM objects, technical reports, installation guides, and pricing information.
