Job summary

You will build strong customer relationships, provide technical guidance, and collaborate with the commercial team to deliver profitable quotations and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or applications engineering in manufacturing/engineering environment.
• Strong mechanical skills with a technical mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to respond to RFQs and prepare proposals and quotations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and provide technical guidance.
• Support growth and retention by monitoring market conditions and opportunities.
• Research and develop new business opportunities and broaden product take-up.
• Manage customer base with diary planning and effective communication of capabilities and developments to key decision makers.
• Assist with budget, reporting, and client presentations.
