Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Technical Lead in Farnborough with the option to work from home depending on business demands. The role carries overall responsibility for engineering delivery and team leadership across the assigned workstream, with accountability from start-up to closeout and potential on-contract growth.

You will lead technical delivery, ensure customer acceptance, and mentor the workstream team while aligning with engineering policies and standards.

Qualifications

• You will be an experienced technical leader who can coordinate and direct engineering teams through successful delivery and acceptance of complex systems.
• Background in Software development as an implementing engineer.
• Experience with complex systems integration projects involving software systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and technically assure the solution within agreed quality, cost and schedule constraints.
• Provide technical leadership, direction and mentorship across the workstream team.
• Identify required skills, people and resources to deliver the engineering solution.
• Prepare project-specific technical documentation for reviews and technical sessions.
