Job summary

Zinier is seeking a hands-on Customer Success Manager to help frontline operations transform with our platform. You will own customer journeys, co-own with Solution Architects, and bridge business outcomes with technical capability.

Based in the UK/Europe and open to remote work, you will manage multiple stakeholders, drive adoption, lead workshops, monitor health, and identify expansion opportunities while building scalable processes and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in customer success or consulting within B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to orchestrate complex stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to translate business outcomes into technical initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own post-implementation journeys and drive adoption.
• Monitor customer health and intervene before churn.
• Lead QBRs to demonstrate ROI and identify expansion.
• Collaborate with PS, Product, and Sales across teams.
• Identify renewal opportunities and support NRRC targets.
• Automate workflows and drive AI-enabled efficiency.
